Mackinac Island Bible Church simply has a mission to reach out to
anyone we come in contact with at Mackinac Island and to reach out
to the world. Our heart is to teach, train and disciple those that
we meet here so that they can go back to their homes and live in
the blessings of God’s favor. This is a unique place. We literally
see people from all over the world here each summer. This church
has touched many different nations through the Gospel of Jesus
Christ and through prayer, teaching and discipleship. We also
support missionaries and ministries in other parts of the globe.
If you
visit us, you won’t find us to be very religious, but you will
find a people that will care for you, pray for you and minister to
your needs in practical ways. Although it is a beautiful place to
live, it has its own challenges for the people that live and work
here. Despite these things, God has raised up a year-round,
full-time band of believers here that desire to see God in
operation and it is evident that God has established this church.
We hold true to the Word of God as our foundation of faith and
practice and we renew our minds in its powerful words. We come
together to lift our voices in worship and adoration to the one
that has made us. If you come, you might not hear the Brooklyn
Tabernacle Choir, Billy Graham or T.D. Jakes. But, you will sense
the Presence of God as you worship with us and be confronted with
God’s unadulterated, anointed Word. Is that what you want? Our
desire is to have God be a part of whatever we put our hands to.
